old farm treated with design interior

Posted on: vrijdag, juni 20, 2014

Old farm gets lots of light with new design interior

Last year my photoproduction in the house of blogger and stylist Rosemary (Skattejaktstudio) graced the cover of vtwonen magazine. The old farmhouse was a classical ruin until Rosemary fell in love with it and let the light in. Her favorite material: underlayment. In collaboration with an architect she had several elements made from it, to begin with the huge staircase in the entrance hall. Then the kitchen, a TV cabinet and the floor on the first floor followed. The result is a light industrial atmosphere with a Scandinavian touch.

These photographs have no watermark anymore, please be generous with appropriate credit entry! (photography and production: Margriet Hoekstra & Barbara Natzijl @Boulevardb)

Curious about the bedrooms on the first floor? Coming up on Monday! I’ll show them in the next blogpost.

Looks really nice. I love to see this kind of transformations and peak into beautifully styled and photographed homes. Well done for the cover 🙂

Howdy excellent website! Does running a blog like this require a large amount of work? I have very little understanding of programming but I was hoping to start my own blog in the near future. Anyhow, if you have any suggestions or techniques for new blog owners please share. I know this is off subject however I just needed to ask. Thanks!

Hello would you mind letting me know which webhost you’re using? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 different web browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot faster then most. Can you recommend a good hosting provider at a fair price? Cheers, I appreciate it!
